- South Nest (the “Organiser”) is the organiser of this “Photo Contest” (the “Contest”).
- By entering the Contest, Participants understand and agree to the terms and conditions of this Contest. Participants are also deemed to agree to have the content of their Facebook/Instagram/Xiaohongshu posting of this Contest and their Facebook/Instagram/Xiaohongshu username published by the Organiser, for the purpose in connection with this Contest, without any compensation.
- Each Participant must join the Contest through Facebook/Instagram/Xiaohongshu account, follow all designated steps within the Contest period in order to be eligible to be a winner.
- The Organiser will at its sole discretion select 5 participant(s) as winners.
- The image of post must be original, the post found to have infringed other people’s copyrights, be they commercial or non-commercial, will be disqualified. The Organizers will not be held responsible for any infringement of copyrights committed by the participants. Please pay attention that re-posting the image from other websites or blogs without permission may constitute copyright infringement. In addition, if image captured any person, consent must be obtained prior to use the image. Image with watermarks is not accepted.
- All prizes are subject to terms and conditions of the Organiser, and they cannot be exchanged, converted into cash, changed to other gifts or transferred to a third party. Photos on the promotional materials are for reference only.
- Participants must authorize the Organiser the right to use the image for publishing, copying publicly to any places for the purpose of public relations. The Organiser may edit the submitted image by any means.
- The Organiser, its marketing partners or any other relevant parties will not bear any responsibility regarding the prizes, including but not limited to their quality, after-sales or repair service, or any loss or damage caused in whatever respect.
- To ensure fairness, the staff of the Organiser are not eligible for participation of the Contest.
- All personal information provided must be authentic and truthful. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any Participant who appears to the Organiser to have submitted unauthentic information or behaved fraudulently.
- The Organiser shall not be responsible or liable to the participant for any discrepancy, error or inaccuracy in registered information, caused by or involved in equipment, programme or procedure failure due to the problem of internet, technology or human errors.
- Posting(s) submitted for the Contest shall not contain any content which is, or is likely to be unlawful, immoral, obscene, indecent, provocative, objectionable, defamatory, discriminatory, offensive, infringement of legal rights of third party (including intellectual property rights) or otherwise inappropriate. The Organiser shall have sole and absolute discretion to decide what constitutes inappropriate content, and may delete the posting(s) and disqualify the Participant’s eligibility to participate in this Contest without notice, and reserves the right to claim the Participant for any loss and damages which the Organiser or their affiliates or business partners may suffer as a result.
- Upon any discovery or suspicion of fraudulence, interference to the Contest or operation of the internet, system security or rules violation, on which the Organiser shall have full and final decision and the Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant/winner’s eligibility for the prize without prior notice.
- The Organiser reserves the right to terminate the Contest at any time and selects winners from the list of eligible Participants who enter the Contest before the termination date.
- The Organiser reserves the right to cancel or modify any rules / terms and conditions of the Contest at any time without prior notice.
- If there is any dispute, the Organiser reserves the right to make the final decision.
- Personal data collected from Participants will be used for this Contest only, including notification of result, prize arrangement and collection.
- The supply of data by Participant is entirely voluntary. However, failure to provide the data required will result in the disqualification of the Participant. Data will be treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties.
