RESERVATION & PAYMENT

How can I book a room?

If you would like to book a room, you may:

What are the check-in time & check-out time?

Check-in is available from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival.
Check-out time is 12:00 noon.

 

Is early check-in available?

It will be subject to room availability. Please feel free to contact us by email at info@southnesthk.com for more details.

 

Is late check-out available?

If you wish to extend the check-out time, On-day late check-out requests will be subject to room availability and an additional fee will be charged based on the latest room rate.

  • Advance reservation is required.
  • An additional fee equal to 50% of your room rate will be charged for the extension before 6:00 pm or;
  • An additional fee equal to the full room rate for checking-out after 6:00 pm.

Will a security deposit be required upon check-in?

South Nest requires an incidental deposit that may be settled through cash or credit card upon check-in. It is fully refundable if not used. If you are using a credit card, the deposit will be released upon check-out.

Kindly note that it might take at least 14-30 working days for your bank to activate the release.

 

How big are the rooms at South Nest?

We have four room types:

  • Standard Room (City View)
  • Standard Room (Semi-Sea View)
  • Superior Room (Mountain View)
  • Superior Room (Sea View)

Our room size is approximately 95-117 sq ft, which enjoys charming views of Aberdeen and Ap Lei Chau. For details please see here.

 

Which room type should I choose for a newly arrived business trip in Hong Kong?

Welcome to Hong Kong! For a business trip, we would recommend Superior Room (Seaview). We provide attentive services so you can focus on your work.

 

STAY

I’m new to Hong Kong and I need help with getting around, can you help?

It’s very easy to get around, whether you are travelling by bus, Mini-bus, MTR or taxi. Welcome to check out our “Neighbourhood” web page or feel free to contact us for details.

 

Do you have wheelchair-accessible rooms?

Yes, we have accessible Superior Rooms with wheelchair access and barrier-free facilities. Please contact us for details before booking.

 

Are pets allowed at South Nest?

Yes, please note that only one dog or cat weighing 12kg or less is allowed in designated rooms, except for guide dogs.

 

Are smoking rooms available at South Nest?

All rooms are strictly non-smoking. There will be a cleaning fee of HKD1,500 levied per incidence of smoking.

 

AMENITIES & SERVICES

Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

We are happy to keep your luggage in the storage area for free before check-in or after check-out till 6:00pm. The additional charge of HK$100 per piece will be applied after 6:00pm. Please remember to present your luggage tag for collection.

Please contact our Reception Staff for details and arrangements.

Remark: Cash, jewellery, plant, illegal, flammable, poisonous and perishable items are prohibited for storage at any time.

 

Can I reserve a meeting room?

The meeting room is located on the LG Floor, with a maximum capacity of 8 people on sharing basis, and it is open 24 hours daily.

Guests are required to contact the Reception Staff to reserve the meeting room in advance. The charge of HK$200 per hour will be applied for private use on a first come, first served basis.

 

Is there any kitchenette in the room?

There is no kitchenette in the room, but we have a well-equipped Shared Kitchen on each guest floor from 2/F-16/F and the ground floor. They are open 24 hours daily.

 

Is there a GYM room at South Nest? What are the operating hours?

The GYM rooms are located on the LG Floor.

  • Well equipped with an elliptical machine, weightlifting machine, exercise bike, treadmill and dumbbells.
  • Open 24 hours daily on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • A room card is required to access GYM rooms.

 

Are there laundry services available in South Nest?

We offer 24-hour self-laundry service on LG/F.

 

Is car parking available at South Nest?

There is no parking available at the hotel. There are two car parks near the hotel.

Indoor carpark
1) No.60, Tin Wan Street, Aberdeen, Hong Kong

Outdoor carpark
2) Tin Wan Praya Road, Aberdeen ( towards Wah Kwai Estate)

 

Where can I get access to a PC and printer?

We don’t have a PC provided to guests. Guests may ask reception staff to help with document printing by charging HK$5 per paper.

 

Do I have to bring my own linen?

You may bring your own linen set or purchase one.

The linen set is HK$500 (single bed) and HK$650 (Double Bed) per set

(includes a pillow, pillowcase, fitted bedsheet, duvet, and duvet cover.)

 

What is included in my unit?

All our homes are move-in ready and fully furnished with design-forward furniture and appliances, a hotel-quality bed with exceptional comfort, and ample storage.

You will enjoy flexible leasing terms that range from short stays to as long as you like, at a price that includes all utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a smart TV – installed and waiting for when you move in.

 

Where can I store some of my personal belongings?

Please contact us for storing your belongings on LG, 2 pieces per room on a first come first served basis.

 

Will Reception accept deliveries for me?

Our Reception Staff will accept packages on your behalf if you are not on the property. These packages must be collected from the Reception Desk by the end of the day. The Community Team can refuse packages at their sole discretion. To avoid complications, the following items will not be accepted.

– Perishable items, including flower deliveries.
– Packages that require cash on delivery(COD).
– Packages that require proof of identity.
– Oversized packages.

 

Is housekeeping service inclusive?

Long-stay Accommodation:
We provide the housekeeping service once per week (exclusive of changing linen and washing towel)

The additional charge of HK$500 per month will be applied for full cleaning service (including 4 times)
